I never know what to say...

When people ask what I do. I'm a Beautycounter Advocate, a Writer, a Mom, a Wife, a Daughter, a Friend. I don't drink and I eat a plant based diet.

I'm a fan of the Tour de France, of witty sitcoms, romance novels and baked goods. I don't love olives.

I'm proud to be more than one thing.

Good skincare (Beautycounter, duh!), the school run, Nespresso, laundry, reading with the kids and watching a show with the hubs

daily rituals...

At the farmers market, riding my bike, reading, scrolling comedy reels, making coffee

You can find me...

Pessimism, complaining, humidity, high heels, fast fashion or doing the dishes

I'm not about...

Finding the silver lining, moon energy, mindset shifts, composting, the thesaurus, second hand stuff and oat milk lattes

I Believe In...

More about me

Sustainable, Local, Organic and Whole (and Women owned) living has allowed me to focus more on what matters most; living each day driven by JOY.

Joy in the people around me. Joy in the food I eat. Joy in the things I consume. Joy in the shadows as they change throughout the day and over the seasons.

My goal with everything I share is to teach you how to fish.  To cheerlead and challenge you to believe in yourself. Because guess what? (chicken butt HA) but seriously YOU ROCK! And together we can do I'Mpossible things.

My special sauce is weaving dreams into reality. Hacks, mindset shifts, pep-talks. Whatever it takes to help people do what they do better.

None of us are just one thing. And I think all of us are into things now that we maybe weren't in the past. Change is the only constant in life. I believe that we've just strayed a little too far from our roots. From the earth. Too much pavement has gotten in the way of our connection to the planet. And with little changes and shifts we can reconnect, stabilize and thrive.

mmmm doesn't that look lovely?
